45 Series

Sea Tech 45 Series quick-connect fittings are designed and manufactured to be trouble free for many years of service.

These fittings can be utilized in underground applications and as manufactured joints without access panels. To be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. 45 Series fittings are available in standard inch sizes and the unique design allows for quick and easy connections/disconnections without installation tools. These fittings can be used with PEX, Copper, CPVC, and Polybutylene.

O-Ring Guide is the Key

All 45 Series fittings incorporate a heavy duty brass body with the Sea Tech collet, o-ring guide, and o-ring.

Max. 200psi @ 180° F (14 Bar @ 82° C )
Max. 250psi @ 75° F (17 Bar @ 24° C)

Approvals

All 45 Series fittings are tested, approved, and certified to NSF-61, NSF-14, CSA B137.5, ASTM F877 and IAPMO ASSE 61-2006.

With the IAPMO certification, these fittings are approved for domestic and commercial applications for both potable water distribution systems and hydronic heating systems.
